21st Century London is a Doctor Who location featured in LEGO Dimensions. It appears in the Doctor Who World and the level, The Dalek Extermination of Earth.

London is home to most of The Doctor's companions, and is the location that seems to be the most affected by the monsters of the Doctor Who Universe. London is also where most of the Doctor's Earth-based adventures take place. In fact, his very first adventure as the First Doctor started in I.M. Foreman's Scrapyard on Totter's Lane in London.
The 21st century was, as Jack Harkness cryptically said, "when everything changes". Among other things, the early 21st century was when the whole human race on Earth learned that alien life existed.
