- This is the first Story Pack to include playable in-game characters, the second being the 71253 Story Pack.
- This is the only Story Pack to not have an additional Fun Pack release for the franchise.
- Since they are story packs, the events somehow have to deal with Lord Vortech's dimensional chaos.
- This is done with numerous objects and characters from the other dimensions in the background of the cutscenes.
- The boxart has ghosts on it.
- This is the first and only Story Pack to have a tan base as opposed to the grey ones seen in the others.
