Allegro is one of the non-playable characters in LEGO Dimensions from The Powerpuff Girls franchise.
He is a panda-like creature that lives in Rainbow Land, and apparently the ruler of the place. He can always be found in a constant state of happiness, and his goal is to also make everyone else happy as well. However, this is mostly through brainwashing. He is an antagonistic force in the show, as he makes everyone happy at the cost of them neglecting the more serious things, which could cause serious problems as with everyone like this nobody will be there to do tasks as they will neglect them in favour of having a fun time. Despite this, Allegro wants everyone to stop worrying about those things and just have fun and party together.

In the episode "Painbow", Buttercup is in class at Pokey Oaks Elementary, where Ms. Keane decides to make class more fun by roleplaying as a wizard while teaching, but Buttercup doesn't think this is really fun and tries to make fun of the lesson herself. Ms. Keane tries to tell Buttercup to stop as she has to take the lesson a bit more serious, but she doesn't listen and goes on to the point of making Ms. Keane mad, but just as she is about to send her to he principal's office, a rainbow appears outside and she and the other students suddenly become stunned after seeing it (except for Buttercup, who doen't notice at the moment). Then Ms. Keane suddenly changes attitude and decides that class isn't that important anymore and that they should do something fun like Buttercup said she wanted. Buttercup thinks this is strange, but agrees anyway.
As everyone leaves the school, a unhappy Blossom comes out of school because she got an A+ for her diorama. Buttercup asks what is wrong with having a good grade, and Blossom says that everyone got an A+ for their diorama too, even if she had put more work into her's. Buttercup is also unhappy, because everyone wants to hug all of a sudden, but she thinks that she is being hugged too much as the huggers as they are piling up upon her. They also start to see that everyone in Townsville is behaving strange, as everyone is unreasonably happy and wants to have fun and party, while they neglect their important business and thus chaos ensues, although nobody cares. The powerpuff girls go to Professor Utonium to ask him if he knows what is going on, but he is too busy with playing his water sprouter. The girls ask him if he shouldn't continue his science business instead, but he tells them that he now thinks that science isn't important and that they all should have fun and enjoy the rainbow. As the girls then figure out that the rainbow might be the source of this strange phenomenon, they decide to see where this rainbow comes from.
They follow the rainbow into Rainbow Land, where everyone is also in a constant happiness and having a party. This is where the girls encounter Allegro, as he introduces himself and the place. The powerpuff girls ask him where the rainbows come from, as they want find out how to make it disappear and make Townsville go normal, to which Allegro says it was him. The girls tell him about what his rainbow is doing to Townsville, but he says that they are probably fine and that they should stop worrying about it and have fun, and he calls some Party Lobsters. The Party Lobsters shoot emoji-icons that hit Blossom and Buttercup, and they too start to be in an unconditional happiness. They ask Buttercup to join them in the fun, but she denies as she tells them to snap out of it and take this more seriously. She then realizes that this was also what Ms. Keane tried to tell her earlier: That there are times to have fun but also times when you need to be more serious. Allegro doesn't like Buttercup talking about this serious business and sends more Party Lobsters, but she defeats them with her laser-eyes. Allegro tries to make her happy with a hug, but she denies and punches him, as the body of the panda crumbles and a blue, light-emitting inside is revealed. Then Allegro begins spinning around in the same spot and Rainbow Land implodes into the place of Allegro spinning, and the place disappears, along with the rainbows.
After this, Townsville returns to normal as everyone returns to their normal routines and the mess that was created is fixed. Buttercup decides to be more serious in the lessons from now on, even if it sometimes is hard for her.
