Elgin Perkins is one of the non-playable characters in LEGO Dimensions, from The Goonies franchise.
Background[]
Elgin Perkins has a nasty habit of talking to kids as if they were infants. He is responsible for driving the Goonies out to search for One-Eyed Willy's treasure, but his role as an antagonist is overshadowed by the Fratelli family. Unlike his son Troy, he has some respect for life and regards his actions as a man who is simply trying to do his job. In the end, he is faced with defeat when Rosalita finds jewels in Mikey's marble bag.
