Ellie Phillips is one of the non-playable characters in LEGO Dimensions, from the LEGO City: Undercover franchise.
Background[]
Ellie Phillips is first introduced as a member of the LEGO City Police Department, who works at the equipment storage room. Chase first meets her, when Frank takes him down to the lower level of the Police department, in order to get a police uniform. Ellie outfits Chase with a uniform and communicator.
Throughout the game, Ellie helps to assign Chase different missions over radio communication, as well alerting Chase to emergencies. She also helps Chase with a myriad of different favours, while he's undercover. Later, she allows Natalie Kowalski; Chase's love interest to stay at her place, in order to protect her from Rex Fury.

- In Lego City: Undercover, Ellie Phillips is voiced by Jaimi Barbakoff who reprises the role in this game.
- While Ellie's voice can be heard over the radio in game, her character model can't physically be found in the Adventure World.
