Forrest Blackwell is one of the non-playable characters in LEGO Dimensions, from the LEGO City: Undercover franchise.
Background[]
Forrest Blackwell was a well-known billionaire in LEGO City, who prior to the events of LEGO City: Undercover, planned to open a large shopping mall over top of Bluebell national park. However, his development was rejected.
Later, Chase undercover as a member of Chan's gang, acts as Forrest's Chauffeur, transporting him around town. Later, Chase is sent to raid Forrest's mansion as an act of revenge against Rex Fury, by Vinnie Pappalardo. Soon, it's revealed that Forrest has been behind the crime wave all along, having kidnapped Natalia's father; Professor Kowalski, as well as Natalia herself.
Forrest launches his tower up to the moon, where he sets up a moonbase. When Chase manages to infiltrate his moonbase, Forrest sends Rex in his Tempest to fight off Chase, as he takes Natalie hostage, leaving them to brawl it out, as he and his hostages escape.
After Rex fails to stop Chase, Forrest abandons him and tries to make use of the escape pod in the shuttle. However, this only causes him to launch off into the vacuum of space floating around in his escape pod.

- Blackwell appears on in his moonbase in the LEGO City: Undercover World, where he battles the player using his Blackwell-Bot.
