Frank the Foreman is one of the Foreman in Bricksburg, who is also the boss of Emmet and the rest of the Bricksburg Construction Workers. During the early events of the LEGO Movie, Frank finds Emmet "too special" and "too annoying", but in the end after Emmet saves Bricksburg from Lord Business, he learns to respect him.
