The Giant Scarab is an Egyptian Scarab beetle that was an animal apart of the now retired Pharaoh's Quest LEGO theme. It guarded the golden crystal, 1 of the Pharaoh Amset-Ra's 6 famous treasures.

The Giant Scarab was summoned by The Mummy to be his ride while trying to stop Batman, Gandalf the Grey and Wyldstyle from obtaining the Diamond Scarab, the last of the Foundation Elements. After several attempts, The Mummy is knocked off of the Giant Scarab, which is sunk into the sand, disappearing for the rest of the level.
