  • This is kind of an off-topic question but I wanted to ask you:

What do you think the next LEGO game will most likely be?

This has been the longest time we have waited before news of a new game, and I was just wondering what you think would be the next LEGO game.

      Hey Rapmilo!

I have a hunch that the next LEGO Video Game is Guardians of the Galaxy related! Reason being is because there were a lot of GOTG refrences in LEGO Marvel's Avengers, and there's way more than enough DC content going into LEGO Dimensions already, so they probably aren't working on LEGO Batman 4 or anything like that. Personally I'm more than satisfied with LEGO Dimensions at the moment, but if another standalone LEGO Video Game is along the way then I look forward to hearing what It's all about! :D

Yeah, I have heard rumors about a Guardians of Galaxy game that may be released in the future. That would also explain why there weren't many Guardians of the Galaxy included in LEGO Marvel's Avengers.

I have also discovered some sort of a trend with the LEGO Super Heroes games:

In the LEGO Marvel series, Tt Games is zooming in their scope in each successive installment in the series. The first game, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, focused on all Marvel heroes/villains, the second game, LEGO Marvel's Avengers, focused mainly on the MCU (excluding GoG), and the possible Guardians of the Galaxy third game would focus mainly on the Guardians of the Galaxy.

This is really cool because it's the exact opposite of the trend seen in the LEGO Batman series. The first game, LEGO Batman, only focused on Batman related characters, the second game, LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, focused on mainly the Justice League, and the third game had a mix of everything including a new emphasis on locations outside Gotham, hence the name LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

I personally think that LEGO Marvel Avengers 2 would be based on the expanded MCU which starts after Avengers Age of Ultron.

But, I would also like to have a game which is based on DCEU.

  • Ben, if you look at the photo, the last bit says B.A can make vehicles...? Does this suggest a new entirely ability?

Sure! It was somewhere in this Live Stream, but I don't know the specific time mark sadly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BuM8s_L4BQ8

I see the archive audio thing right with Harry, since he's a character portrayed by a person that right now is an adult.

Now, i don't get why they didn't got Voldemort's voice actor...

Currently It's unknown if Ralph Fiennes will reprise the role of Lord Voldermort, so don't lose hope on him providing additional dialogue just yet, but even if he isn't returning, I'm pretty certain that both him and Hermoine will also be voiced via Archive Audio. Personally I'm just glad that when I play as these characters, I will hear the voices that I know and love.

I do see why Hermione would have Archive Audio, but I'm hoping for some new lines for Voldemort. What about Adventure World NPCs? Do you think they'd have their actors come back and voice them?

    • I heard Bellatrix's laugh in the world showcase, and Gary Oldman might come back to voice Lord Vortech again, so Sirius may come as well.

  • Hi Ben. I was just wondering if you wanted to join the wiki's Lego Dimensions role play on Chatzy. Ask Real Game Time, Marty mccoy, or Mr Quest for the url or more details. Also, I love your YouTube content!

    • Nice to see you back bud! You wouldn't believe how busy it's been recently.

P.S- good LSW:TFA walkthrough, you may have convinced me to put it on my B-Day list this year.

Thank you very much! And I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying the Walkthrough. That's awesome! It's a fantastic game which takes the LEGO game formula and adds a lot of new and different, but exciting features.
