Charles Montgomery Plantagenet Shicklgruber Burns, also known as Monty Burns, Montgomery Burns, C.M. Burns and Mr. Burns, is the main antagonist of The Simpsons. He is the owner and manager of the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. Burns is Springfield's richest and most powerful citizen. His net worth has been stated to be in the billions and in one instance was pegged at exactly $1,800,037,022. He has, on two occasions, lost his entire fortune, and at another time slipped to "only" $996 million ($996,036,000), leading to his expulsion from Billionaire Camp. Burns is very elderly and physically frail but employs relentless and ruthless tactics to get what he wants.

Meltdown at Sector 7-G[]
He was seen in this level in Springfield Nuclear Power Plant when Springfield was invaded by Micro Managers led by Lord Business and The Joker. Some time after Batman, Wyldstyle and Gandalf landed in the Power Plant, he was seen replacing the sign indicating the "days passed without accidents" to "days passed without other-worldly invasion" and reducing the days to just zero days.
The Mysterious Voyage of Homer[]
He is a part of the Section Two quest in this level as one of the three people serving chili to Homer Simpson to sample in the Springfield Chili Cook-Off; the other two are Ned Flanders and Chief Wiggum.
