Background[]
Nedward "Ned" Flanders Jr. is the religious and well-mannered neighbour of the Simpson family. Homer does not like him, and his antics sometimes make him become short-tempered. Homer also has a tendency to "borrow" (take and own for years on end) a great deal of his possessions.
