Seventh Doctor is one of the Level Pack characters in LEGO Dimensions. He is the seventh incarnation of The Doctor that is playable when you purchase 71204 Level Pack for the Doctor Who franchise.
Background[]
Originally a man with the demeanor of an eccentric, light-hearted buffoon, the Seventh Doctor darkened into a mysterious, cunning manipulator to properly combat the return of Fenric. Though he delighted in humorous reverie, it was only the surface layer of his true nature. Beneath, he was a Machiavellian genius of frightful caliber who tactfully used his mind to control nearly all situations into reaching his personal favored outcome. Despite this, he could also show profound warmth and affection to his companions, and built a strong bond with many of them.
This Doctor incarnation died in the 1996 TV film when he got shot in a gang fight in San Francisco, California, and died in the hands of human doctors trying to help him but not well-versed in Time Lord anatomy, and regenerated into the Eighth Doctor in a morgue.
He joined his other incarnations in the shows 50th Anniversary special "The Day of the Doctor" where he helped save his home planet during the special's climax.

- — Seventh Doctor's second line when leaving the game
- “Think about me when you're living your life one day after another, all in a neat pattern. Think about the homeless traveler and his old police box, with his days like crazy paving.”
- — Seventh Doctor's third line when leaving the game
Trivia[]
- This incarnation of The Doctor was played by Sylvester McCoy from 1987 to 1989 and later returned in 1996 in "Doctor Who (TV Movie)". In 1993, he also appeared in Dimensions in Time, a crossover with British soap-opera EastEnders.
- Archive audio from specific episodes that feature McCoy is used in-game for when the Seventh Doctor is talking.
- One of this incarnation's idle animations shows him playing the spoons. This is something Sylvester McCoy is obsessed with in real-life.
- This incarnation was also seen playing with spoons in his debut episode.
- This is also transferred to the Twelfth Doctor actually using a spoon to fight Robin Hood in the series 8 episode Robot of Sherwood, as well as his secondary weapon/accessory in LEGO Dimensions.
- His character uses an umbrella as his weapon, and is also seen carrying it around when idle. This is a reference to the fact that throughout the show, the Seventh Doctor would always carry the umbrella.
- When this Doctor uses the sonic screwdriver, he will use the same hand that he holds his umbrella with. The umbrella will normally disappear when the sonic screwdriver is used, but sometimes won't, making the sonic waves look like they're being emitted from the umbrella.
- He actually shares the same hair piece as Peter Venkman and Twelfth Doctor, however, it is mostly covered by his hat; one of his idle animations has him lifting his hat briefly.
