- It's possible that the walls that seperated the realms were removed after the events of the movie.
- The official artwork shows the submarine underwater, even though it doesn't appear in the Adventure World.
- Mysteriously enough, barely any events of The LEGO Movie in the game line up at all. Not a trace of Vitruvius is seen, the Micro Managers are still attacking and Cloud Cuckoo Land hasn't been destroyed yet, although it could potentially be to avoid spoilers, because LEGO Dimensions came out only 1 year after the Lego Movie.
