Troy Perkins is a "cheap guy" described by Data and a resident bully/archetypical jock of the Goon Docks who is not afraid to show his love for Andy Carmichael, even though he is a bit forceful towards her. He is genuinely upset when Andy returns him her jacket, leaving him to scream in anguish "YOU GOONIE!!"
