Zhu's Chinese Restaurant is the first Toy Pad Build in Year 2 of LEGO Dimensions. It is included with the 71242 Story Pack and is built onto the Toy Pad, which brings all physical characters, vehicles, and gadgets into the game.

Zhu's Chinese Restaurant is based on the real one in the 2016 reboot version of Ghostbusters, as a headquarters for Abby Yates and the rest of the team, though it was called "Zhu's Authentic Hong Kong Food".
This and the LEGO Gateway are the only Toy Pads to require stickers to be placed on it.
This is the only toy pad build to not have a grey base.
